This presale is exclusively for show dates in Amsterdam, London, Melbourne and Sydney. Fans who pre-order Harry Styles’ new album from the official store by Saturday, January 24 11:59PM Local Venue Time, will receive a presale code from the store.

When will I get my presale access code?

If you purchased an album from Harry Styles’ Australia, UK or Netherlands official store, you will receive an email from the official store by Sunday, January 25 containing your presale code, a link to the presale and details of the tour.

How many tickets can I purchase during the Album Pre-Order Presale?

One code is issued per customer. Fans may purchase a maximum of eight (8) tickets per show with their code.

I’ve pre-ordered the album, but I have not received my code yet, why?

You should receive your code from the official store by Sunday, January 25. Please check both your inbox and junk folders carefully to locate this email. If you have not received this code, please contact Harry Styles’ official store:

ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALES for Mexico City and Madrid dates on the upcoming BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ have been rescheduled to begin on Friday, January 23.

Presales for the Estadio GNP Seguros shows in Mexico City taking place on May 7 and 9 will begin at 9AM CST and presales for the May 10 performance will start at 12PM CST. Ticket prices for these shows will be released on Thursday, January 22 at 9AM CST. The GENERAL ONSALE will still take place Saturday, January 24 at 9AM CST as originally planned.

Presales for the Riyadh Air Metropolitano shows in Madrid taking place on June 26 and 27 will begin at 2PM CET. Ticket prices for these shows will be released on Thursday, January 22 at 2PM CET. The GENERAL ONSALE will still take place Saturday, January 24 at 2PM CET as originally planned.

Which ARMY MEMBERSHIP should I use to register for events?

• US, Canada, Mexico: US Memberships and GLOBAL Memberships are eligible. If you have both a US and a GLOBAL membership, only your US Membership will be validated.
• Europe and UK: Only GLOBAL Memberships are eligible.

What if my Weverse account was created using a Private Relay or “Hide My Email” address on Weverse?

If you signed up for the BTS ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE using a Private Relay or “Hide My Email” address on Weverse, you won’t be able to access the presale. Email addresses cannot be changed on Weverse, and your Weverse email and your Ticketmaster email must match to join the queue.

Please create a new Weverse account using the same email on your Ticketmaster account and sign up for the presale with your new account by January 18th at 3:00 PM PT / 4:00 PM MT / 5:00 PM CT / 6:00 PM ET / 11:00 PM GMT / January 19th at 12:00 AM CET.

How many cities can I register for?

When is the Artist Presale?

The Artist Presale is on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 and runs from 9AM until Thursday, December 11, 2025 at 10AM. You can purchase up to 8 tickets.

How do I sign up for Rosalía’s Artist Presale?

To participate in the fan presale, you must register with Laylo using the unique link shared by Rosalía. You can sign up any time before Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 8AM local time.

From the page, follow these steps:

1. Enter your contact information and email address, preferably the one linked to your Ticketmaster account. Select the check box for the Fan Presale(s) you’d like to join.
2. Agree to receive information and Laylo's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Once you have signed up, you will be on the list to receive a notification with a presale code and a link to the official Ticketmaster page when the presale goes live.

Once you follow the link, you’ll have to enter a queue. We recommend joining the waiting room 30 minutes before the start of the sale.

Accessing your mobile tickets

You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster website or App. The Event Organizer will make the ticket available closer to the day of your event. You’ll see your order but will not have access to the ticket barcode until this time.

Before leaving for your event, we recommend viewing your ticket in the app or adding your ticket to a mobile wallet to avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue.

I don’t see my order in my account. What should I do?

It may take a moment for the order to appear in your Ticketmaster Account. Look for a confirmation email from Ticketmaster to ensure you’ve completed your purchase.

If your event is within 5 days, and you still haven’t received your tickets, contact us using the help button on our website.

Transferring your tickets

You can transfer your tickets to others before the event from your order. Click or tap the transfer button and select the tickets you’d like to transfer. Visit our help page for step-by-step instructions and more information on the process.
