Ticket2ride

Ticket2ride is a transportation service that takes you to and from your event. You can purchase your tickets on Ticketmaster.

Important Information:

Departure time from the pick-up points is at 6:00 PM, with a maximum departure tolerance of 20 minutes and a waiting time of 40 minutes after the event so you can board again.

It is important to locate the departure points.

Tickets stop being sold 3 business days before the event.

There is no Will Call delivery; it is recommended to pick up the tickets at authorized Ticketmaster Centers before using the service.

Restrictions:

No food is allowed. Smoking, as well as the consumption of alcoholic beverages and/or any product that alters the nervous system, is prohibited inside the vehicle.

Boarding and alighting from the units are prohibited unless it is at the designated arrival and departure points. Anyone caught disrupting order or another user will be asked to leave the vehicle without the right to a refund.

Observations:

Subject to cancellation: if the route does not reach the minimum number of passengers, the service may be canceled and refunded.

Important Information to Note:

Check your departure time. There is a maximum tolerance of 20 minutes and a 30-minute waiting period after the event ends for you to board again.
