You can manage your tickets for your sports team or venue by searching on am.ticketmaster.com and signing in with your Ticketmaster credentials. If you haven’t accessed the team site before, the system may prompt you to reset your password.

Digital tickets will only be visible when accessed from a mobile device. We recommend adding your tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet, which allows you to access them even without an internet connection on the day of the event.

ARMY MEMBERSHIP Presale

As an ARMY MEMBERSHIP holder (US or Global), you must register for the Presale on Weverse by Sunday, January 19th @ 7PM local time in order to have your membership verified. US and GLOBAL ARMY MEMBERSHIP holders may be eligible to register for different shows. For more information, see Weverse notice HERE.

Your ARMY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER (9-digit ARMY MEMBERSHIP number that starts with BA) will act as your Presale code *only* after you have registered. 

ARMY MEMBERSHIP Presale takes place on Wednesday, January 22nd at 3PM local time.

At the request of the tour, the barcode on your ticket will not display until 48 hours before the event. You will see your order but will not have access to the ticket barcode until this time.

Yes. Only ARMY MEMBERSHIP holders who have also registered for the Presale on Weverse will be eligible to participate in the ARMY MEMBERSHIP Presale. US and GLOBAL ARMY MEMBERSHIP holders may be eligible to register for different shows. Your ARMY MEMBERSHIP number (starting with BA +9 digits) is your Presale password.

How do I find my ARMY MEMBERSHIP number?

To find your ARMY MEMBERSHIP number, follow these simple steps:

Open the Weverse app and open ARMY Weverse

Tap the “Membership Only” icon

Click on “My Official Membership” to access your mobile membership card

Find your  Weverse Membership number on the card starting with BA

Weverse is a global official fan-artist based community platform.

I signed up for the ARMY MEMBERSHIP Presale using my name, but I will be using someone else’s credit card to purchase tickets. Does the name on my credit card need to match the name on my Weverse and Ticketmaster accounts?

No, you can use any valid credit card to purchase tickets.

How does the lottery work?

Access to the Oasis Live ‘25 Fan Presale is managed by OpenStage through a random lottery.
All fans must submit a request for access to the sale, and a selection of fans will be notified that they can participate.
This does not guarantee tickets.

Do I need a code to access the Oasis Live ‘25 Fan Presale?

Yes. If you are selected for the Oasis Live ‘25 Fan Presale, you will receive a code from OpenStage at the email address you used to register.

Only selected fans will be able to access the virtual queue during this presale.

My Fan Presale code is not working

Make sure you have entered it exactly as it appears in the email from OpenStage.

Do I need a code for the general sale?

No, a code is not required for the general sale. Simply log in to your Ticketmaster account to join the virtual queue.

What is the ticket limit?

There is a maximum of 4 tickets per household.
This limit has been set by the tour to allow more fans to access tickets.

How can I purchase accessible seating for people with disabilities?

You can find accessible seating for the Oasis tour by applying the filters and selecting "Show Accessible Tickets."

Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible seating policies. Availability and types of accessible seating may vary by location.
