Digital tickets will only be visible when accessed from a mobile device. We recommend adding your tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet, which allows you to access them even without an internet connection on the day of the event.

When do the presales for Bad Bunny at the GNP Stadium in Mexico City start?

The Banamex Priority Presale will take place on Friday, May 9 at 9:00 AM (Mexico City time). The presale for all Banamex cardholders will begin on May 12 at 2:00 PM (Mexico City time).

General Sale

The general sale for Bad Bunny’s DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS World Tour will start on May 13, 2025 at 2:00PM local venue time.

Will multi-factor authentication be required to access the virtual queue for Bad Bunny?

To enter the waiting room/virtual queue, we will send a verification code. You can receive it via SMS or to the email registered to your Ticketmaster account. If you don’t see the code in your email, check your spam folder or request a new code via SMS.

How does the lottery work?

Access to the Oasis Live ‘25 Fan Presale is managed by OpenStage through a random lottery.
All fans must submit a request for access to the sale, and a selection of fans will be notified that they can participate.
This does not guarantee tickets.

Do I need a code to access the Oasis Live ‘25 Fan Presale?

Yes. If you are selected for the Oasis Live ‘25 Fan Presale, you will receive a code from OpenStage at the email address you used to register.

Only selected fans will be able to access the virtual queue during this presale.

Make sure you have entered it exactly as it appears in the email from OpenStage.

Do I need a code for the general sale?

No, a code is not required for the general sale. Simply log in to your Ticketmaster account to join the virtual queue.

What is the ticket limit?

There is a maximum of 4 tickets per household.
This limit has been set by the tour to allow more fans to access tickets.

How can I purchase accessible seating for people with disabilities?

You can find accessible seating for the Oasis tour by applying the filters and selecting "Show Accessible Tickets."
