When is the Artist Presale?
The Artist Presale is on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 and runs from 9AM until Thursday, December 11, 2025 at 10AM. You can purchase up to 8 tickets.
How do I sign up for Rosalía’s Artist Presale?
To participate in the fan presale, you must register with Laylo using the unique link shared by Rosalía. You can sign up any time before Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 8AM local time.
From the page, follow these steps:
- Enter your contact information and email address, preferably the one linked to your Ticketmaster account. Select the check box for the Fan Presale(s) you’d like to join.
- Agree to receive information and Laylo's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Once you have signed up, you will be on the list to receive a notification with a presale code and a link to the official Ticketmaster page when the presale goes live.
Once you follow the link, you’ll have to enter a queue. We recommend joining the waiting room 30 minutes before the start of the sale.

Accessing your mobile tickets
You can access your ticket details from the Ticketmaster website or App. The Event Organizer will make the ticket available closer to the day of your event. You’ll see your order but will not have access to the ticket barcode until this time.
Before leaving for your event, we recommend viewing your ticket in the app or adding your ticket to a mobile wallet to avoid internet connectivity issues at the venue.
I don’t see my order in my account. What should I do?
It may take a moment for the order to appear in your Ticketmaster Account. Look for a confirmation email from Ticketmaster to ensure you’ve completed your purchase.
If your event is within 5 days, and you still haven’t received your tickets, contact us using the help button on our website.
Transferring your tickets
You can transfer your tickets to others before the event from your order. Click or tap the transfer button and select the tickets you’d like to transfer. Visit our help page for step-by-step instructions and more information on the process.
