How do I change countries in the app?
When you open the app for the first time, a message appears that allows you to select or change the country.
To do so:
- Open the Ticketmaster app.
- Select the flag in the upper-right corner.
- Choose the country corresponding to the transfer.
- Sign in to your Ticketmaster account in that country and check your tickets.
If you no longer have the email, ask the person who sent you the tickets to cancel the original transfer and make a new one, as long as it is still pending.
