Interest-free installments options will be displayed only if the card you added belongs to a participating bank in the event's promotion. If the interest-free installments option does not appear after adding your card, it means that your bank does not participate in the interest-free installments promotion available for that event.

If the Interest-free installments option does not appear after adding your card, it means that your bank does not participate in the interest-free installments promotion available for that event.
Important: Interest-free installments availability and the terms shown depend on the conditions of each event and the participating bank. Final approval of the interest-free installments purchase depends on your card's issuing bank.
If you made the purchase by selecting a term but do not want interest-free installments to be applied, you must contact your bank directly and request that it be canceled.
You can check directly with your bank to see if it offers an alternative for deferring your purchase.
Keep in mind that any alternative subsequently offered by your bank will have the terms determined by the institution and will be independent of the interest-free installments promotion available during the purchase.
