If you can’t see your SafeTix tickets or are having trouble accessing them, it doesn’t necessarily mean there’s a problem with your purchase. Depending on the event, your device, or how you bought your tickets, there may be different reasons why they aren’t displaying.
Review the scenario below that applies to your situation and follow the indicated steps.
First, make sure you have the latest version of the Ticketmaster app installed. An outdated version may cause issues when trying to view your tickets.
Follow these steps:
- Sign out of your Ticketmaster account.
- Go to your device’s app store.
- Search for the Ticketmaster app.
- Check whether an update is available and install it.
- Open the app again.
- Sign back in using the email address associated with your purchase.
- Go to My Tickets and check whether you can now view them.
If your tickets appear on the Ticketmaster website but not in the app, make sure you’re using the same account.
- Sign out of the Ticketmaster app.
- Confirm the email address for the account where you can view your tickets on the website.
- Sign in to the app using that same account.
- Check your tickets again.
If your event was rescheduled, postponed, or otherwise changed, you may temporarily be unable to view your ticket code.
- Sign in to your Ticketmaster account.
- Find your event.
- Check for information about any changes or a new date.
- Check again later to see whether your ticket code is available.
If your tickets are still unavailable, they will automatically appear in your account once a new date has been set for your event.
If you see a disabled pass when trying to access your Ticketmaster tickets in Apple Wallet, please see the following link.
If you receive an error message when trying to add your Ticketmaster tickets to Google Wallet, please see the following link.
If you purchased your tickets through a third-party seller other than Ticketmaster and are having trouble viewing them, please contact the seller you purchased them from directly.
Ticketmaster cannot modify or correct a transfer that was completed incorrectly outside of its channels.
Recommendations before heading to the event
Check your tickets before heading to the venue. This will help you identify any issues in advance.
Before you leave:
- Update the Ticketmaster app to the latest version.
- Sign in using the account associated with your purchase.
- Confirm that you can view your tickets.
- Wi-Fi coverage at the venue is limited. If you have the option to add your tickets to a compatible wallet, do so ahead of time.
- If you’ll use your tickets directly from Ticketmaster (the app or website), make sure you have a strong mobile data signal before arriving at the entrance.
- Do not use screenshots of your SafeTix tickets.
Still can’t see your tickets?
If you completed the steps above, your tickets should already be available. However, if you still can’t view them, contact us so we can help review your case.
