If you see an error message when trying to add your Ticketmaster tickets to Google Wallet, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The ticket was purchased through a third-party platform and wasn’t transferred correctly. In this case, please contact the person or platform where you purchased it.
- You’re not using the latest version of the Ticketmaster app.
- Your Ticketmaster account is linked to a different Google account.
- You’re trying to add tickets that are already saved in someone else’s wallet. Any ticket purchased from an individual Ticketmaster account can only be linked to one individual Apple ID or Google account.

Steps to successfully add tickets to your Google Wallet
Before you start, make sure the tickets in your Ticketmaster account haven’t already been downloaded to another fan’s wallet.

- Open the Ticketmaster app on your mobile device.
- Tap the Sign In icon in the top right corner and log in to My Ticketmaster Account.
- Select Upcoming Events, then tap View Tickets for the event you want.
- Tap Add to Google Wallet.
- Verify your Google account and you’re all set!
You can also use the rotating barcode from your Ticketmaster Account to get into your event.
