How to Redeem Your Gift Card on Ticketmaster MX

On the payment screen:

1. Click on the Gift: Redeem Gift Card section.
2. Enter your gift card number and PIN (all Ticketmaster gift cards include a PIN).

Important:

• Gift cards can only be used for new orders.
• If you don’t see the option to apply a gift card, it means that gift cards cannot be used for that event.
