In each event, the time limit period to collect the tickets is notified according to the delivery method selected by the client during the purchase process, which can vary between 48 hours and up to 1 hour before the event. Tickets that are not collected in the established time will be canceled and you will not be entitled to exchange, refund, return. You are asked to check the collection times for the event you plan to attend.
By virtue of the foregoing, the Customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that he will not be entitled to exchanges, refunds, returns or cancellations even in the event that he does not collect or print the tickets purchased or does not make use of them. The Client expressly acknowledges and accepts that he will only be entitled to a refund of the cost of the tickets in the event that the event for which he purchased the tickets is canceled, on the understanding that in that case the client will NOT be entitled to be reimbursed for Ticketmaster's service and shipping charges.
The improvement, completion or realization of the purchase of tickets through the Ticketmaster system is subject to the verification of the personal and card data provided by the client and the authorization by the issuing bank of the credit or debit card whose data the Client has provided for the payment of the requested tickets or by the accepting bank. If the personal or credit card data provided by the Customer does not match the data available to the issuing bank of the credit or debit card or, even if the data in question matches, the issuing bank or the accepting bank does not authorize the charge requested by the Customer, the purchase will not be processed or finalized and the tickets will be offered for sale to the public without any liability to Ticketmaster.
