How many days does it take for the refund to be reflected on my statement?

If refunds are approved and the funds have been received from the Event Organizer, we’ll issue a refund for the nominal value of the ticket to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase — usually within 30 days. If needed, we’ll also apply the times and instructions established by the banking institutions for purchases made with cards.
