The Event Organizers determine refund guidelines. If the Event Organizer changes the status of an event (including cancelations or event date changes), we’ll send you a notification explaining your options. You can request a refund up to 48 hours before the event.
Depending on the type of ticket you purchased, you can request an eligible refund in a few ways. Read the information below carefully:
Digital ticket
After receiving the notification that your tickets are eligible for a refund, follow the instructions in that email or contact Fan Support with your request.
Once the funds have been approved and received from the Event Organizer, we’ll process your refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase — usually within 30 days.
Purchased tickets at Box Office or Ticketmaster Centers
Present the original tickets, without amendments or alterations, at the Box Office or Ticketmaster Center that you purchased the tickets from.
If accepted, you’ll receive the refund within 90 calendar days after the approval.
