Online purchases with a credit or debit card:
You don’t need to take any action.
Ticketmaster will automatically refund the cost of your tickets, including service fees.
Refund processing:
- The refund will be issued to the same card used for the purchase.
- The estimated time for the refund to appear is 20 to 30 business days after the request, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Purchases made at box offices or Ticketmaster Centers:
You’ll need to return to the same location where you bought your tickets, within 30 calendar days after the cancellation.
Make sure to bring the original ticket, undamaged and unaltered.
