Tickets for people with disabilities can be purchased online directly from the event’s interactive map, provided there is availability. If tickets are available for the event, they will be marked as follows:
When purchasing tickets online, click on the "Disability Tickets" icon on the event’s purchase page. Doing so will provide you with information on how to proceed with the purchase.
Please note that the availability and number of disability tickets are subject to the event, venue, and/or facility. Some venues may sell disability tickets only at their box office, as per the venue's instructions.
We remind you that Ticketmaster is neither the event organizer nor the owner or operator of the venue. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that disability tickets will be available for all events sold through our sales channels.
Ticketmaster only distributes and sells tickets in an automated manner for various events, and therefore, everything related to the event’s organization, including but not limited to distribution, pricing, availability, capacity, access measures, and security, is the exclusive responsibility of the event organizer and/or the venue.
If you wish to purchase disability tickets and they are not reflected in the event’s interactive map, we suggest contacting the venue directly to verify the availability of disability tickets and ensure they meet your needs.
