Important: Your Heineken Garden Lounge ticket does not include concert admission. Each person must have their own event ticket and Heineken Garden Lounge ticket.

What does Heineken Garden Lounge include?
Your access may include:
- Entry to Heineken Garden Lounge.
- DJ sessions.
- Private restrooms inside the Lounge.
- Waitstaff and concierge service.
- Food and beverage sales.
- Loaner batteries to charge your phone.
- Coat check.
- Official merchandise store, at events where available.
Depending on the category you purchase, parking may also be included.
Food, beverages, and merchandise are not included in the price of your access and are sold separately.
How do I purchase access?
- Purchase your concert ticket through ticketmaster.com.mx.
- Add Heineken Garden Lounge during your purchase when it appears as an available option.
- You can also search for the experience separately on Ticketmaster by entering “Heineken Garden Lounge” and the name of your concert.
- Choose the available category that meets your needs.
- Check whether you are purchasing an option WITH or WITHOUT parking before completing your purchase.
- Check your email before the event. You may receive the details needed to use your access up to 24 hours before the event.
Guests with tickets for any area of Estadio GNP Seguros may enter Heineken Garden Lounge, as long as each person has both an event ticket and a lounge ticket.

How do I obtain Heineken Garden Lounge parking?
Parking is available only when purchasing two or more tickets in the “Heineken Garden Lounge WITH parking” category in the same transaction.
Please keep the following in mind:
- Purchasing only one ticket WITH parking does not meet this requirement.
- Purchasing two or more tickets in the WITHOUT parking category does not include this benefit.
- Combining tickets WITH and WITHOUT parking also does not meet this requirement.
- Parking is located at Paddock 3.

When can I enter the Lounge?
You may enter Heineken Garden Lounge from the time concert doors open.
You may return to the Lounge as many times as you wish during the event. After the concert ends, you may remain there for up to one hour.
The venue may make changes to the extended-hours schedule.

Heineken Garden Lounge is an experience linked to the ticket and must be transferred along with it when transfer is available.
Can I transfer the ticket and keep Heineken Garden Lounge?
No. The experience is linked to the ticket and cannot be separated during the transfer.
Do I need to reserve a table or space inside the Lounge?
No additional reservation is required to enter.
If you have a Heineken Garden Lounge ticket, access to the space is included according to the terms of your purchase.
An advertised service was not available. What should I do?
The availability of some services may depend on the event. For example, the official merchandise store is available only at certain concerts.
What happens if I leave a personal item in Heineken Garden Lounge or at the coat check?
Before leaving Heineken Garden Lounge, make sure you have all your belongings with you, including any items left at the coat check.
If you leave an item behind, we cannot guarantee that it can be located or recovered. We recommend checking your belongings before leaving the Lounge.
