Estaciona-T allows you to reserve a parking space in advance for selected concerts and events. If you purchased this service, here you will find how to use your access, where to park, and what to keep in mind before, during, and after your event.
Estaciona-T does not replace your event ticket. You must also have a separate admission ticket for the concert, festival, or show.

Your Estaciona-T ticket includes:
- Access to the parking area corresponding to the category you purchased.
- One parking space for your vehicle within the assigned area.
- Entry through the gate designated for your category and event.
You need one Estaciona-T ticket per vehicle.
Categories, entry points, and availability may vary depending on the venue and event.
What you need
Before heading to the parking area, make sure you have:
- One Estaciona-T ticket per vehicle.
- Your event admission ticket.
- The category and entry gate shown on your ticket.
The Estaciona-T ticket permits entry for cars and pickup trucks. No other vehicles are permitted, including but not limited to motorcycles, vans, buses, trucks, or Sprinter vans.
- Purchase your event ticket through ticketmaster.com.mx.
- Add Estaciona-T during your purchase when it appears as an available option.
- You can also search for Estaciona-T separately on ticketmaster.com.mx by entering “Estaciona-T” and the name of your concert.
- Select your preferred available category.
- Review the details before completing your purchase, especially the event and parking category.
- View your access in your Ticketmaster account after completing your purchase.
Estaciona-T ticket sales end 48 hours before the event, so we recommend purchasing in advance.
- Review your Estaciona-T ticket before leaving. Identify the area and entry gate you need to use.
- Plan to arrive at least one hour before the event to avoid delays.
- Go only to the gate indicated on your ticket. Your access is valid for that entrance.
- Have your Estaciona-T ticket ready.
- Show your ticket when you arrive at the parking area.
- Follow the instructions to reach your designated parking area.
- Park your vehicle in the corresponding area.
- Go to the event entry checkpoints and present your event ticket to enter.
- At the end of the event, return to the same area where you left your vehicle to exit the venue.
I can’t find my parking entrance
- Check the gate indicated on your Estaciona-T ticket.
- Confirm that you are trying to enter through that same gate.
- Follow the instructions of properly identified staff when you arrive at the venue.
Your ticket grants access only to the indicated area, so do not go to a different gate than the one shown on your ticket.
Can I enter through any parking gate?
No. You may only enter through the gate indicated on your ticket.

Can I cancel my Estaciona-T ticket?
No. Once purchased, the parking ticket cannot be canceled.
What happens if I arrive late?
Your ticket is valid for the event parking area, but we recommend arriving at least one hour in advance.
I forgot an item in the parking area. What can I do?
Check your belongings and vehicle before leaving the parking area.
Ticketmaster and Estaciona-T are not responsible for items left behind or lost in the parking area.
I went to the venue but tried to enter through a different gate. Can I request a refund?
Your ticket permits entry only through the indicated gate and area. Refunds do not apply if you are unable to use the parking area because you went to a different entrance.
Always check the entry gate on your ticket before arriving at the venue.
What happens if my event is canceled or postponed?
Check the email associated with your purchase and Ticketmaster’s official communications for instructions related to your event. A refund, change, or new date for Estaciona-T cannot be confirmed until official information is provided.
