What is FastLane?
FastLane allows you to enter your area with priority access when the venue opens its doors for General Admission.
This experience is available for selected events at Estadio GNP Seguros, Palacio de los Deportes, Pepsi Center CDMX, and Estadio Borregos in Monterrey, for General A or General B areas, as applicable.
FastLane is an add-on and does not serve as an admission ticket to the concert. You must also have an individual event ticket for the compatible area.
What does FastLane include?
With FastLane, you receive:
- Priority access through an exclusive line.
- A faster entry experience.
FastLane does not allow you to change areas. If your concert ticket is for a different area, FastLane does not change the area you purchased.
- Purchase your concert ticket through Ticketmaster for General A or General B, depending on the areas available for your event.
- Add FastLane during your purchase or search for it directly at ticketmaster.com.mx by entering “FastLane” and the name of your concert.
- Check your email before the event. You may receive the details needed to use your access up to 24 hours before the event.
- Arrive early. FastLane may be used during the 60 minutes before doors open. Check the access schedule that will be sent to you by email.
- Have both tickets ready: your concert ticket and your FastLane access ticket. Remember that you can add your tickets to your phone’s wallet.
- Go to the FastLane line. When the venue opens its doors for General Admission, you will be able to enter the area corresponding to your ticket with priority access. Check your email, as it will include the access schedule and the location where you need to check in.
- Check your email before attending. You may receive access details up to 24 hours before the event.
- Check your event schedule on OCESA’s official platforms.
- Arrive early. FastLane may only be used during the 60 minutes before doors open. Check your email for the access schedule and the location where you need to check in.
- Have both tickets available: your concert ticket and FastLane ticket. Remember that you can add your tickets to your phone’s wallet.
- Go to the FastLane entrance, following the instructions available at the venue.
- Present your event admission ticket and your FastLane ticket.
- Enter through the exclusive line. When the venue opens its doors for General Admission, you may be among the first to enter the area corresponding to your ticket. Check the email we sent you to find out the meeting point and the time when FastLane access will be permitted.
I did not receive the access details
If you have not yet received the email with FastLane instructions, please note that the information may be sent to the email registered with your purchase up to 24 hours before the event.
What happens if I arrive after the FastLane access time?
If you arrive after the established period, use of FastLane is not guaranteed, and refunds do not apply for arriving after the indicated time. Your concert ticket will remain valid.
Can I transfer my ticket?
FastLane is a benefit associated with the ticket and must be transferred along with it. You cannot separate FastLane from the ticket or change the access conditions after transferring it.
I purchased FastLane but did not use it. Can I request a refund?
No refund can be issued if you were unable to use FastLane because you arrived after the indicated time or did not have both required tickets.
What happens if my event is canceled or postponed?
Check the email associated with your Ticketmaster account and the event’s official communications. Follow the official instructions provided for your event.
