If you have an existing Ticketmaster Account and want to use Apple sign in, make sure your Apple ID email address matches the email in your Ticketmaster profile. Using Hide My Email during sign in may create a second account.
Will I still receive all email communications if I sign in with Apple using Hide My Email?
To receive all communications about your tickets, we recommend sharing your real email address when signing in or keeping email forwarding enabled in your Apple ID settings if you use Hide My Email.
If you signed up with Sign in with Apple using Hide My Email, you may not receive important emails from ticketing partners or venues. Apple’s relay service only allows emails sent directly from Ticketmaster.
If you disable email forwarding in your Apple ID settings after creating your account or signing in, you won’t receive important Ticketmaster updates, including ticket delivery, event updates, venue changes, and order information.
