If you don’t have access to the current phone number in your profile, please contact Fan Support.
Sign in to your Ticketmaster Account from your desktop or mobile web to get started and follow the steps below to update your phone number:
- Go to My Profile, and click Profile Details.
- Select Update Number.
- Enter the one-time code sent to the current phone number in your profile.
- Enter your new phone number.
- Enter the one-time code sent to the new phone number.
I have not received my one-time code. What should I do?
If you haven’t received your one-time code, you can select Request a New Code. Please make sure that your phone is not on Airplane Mode or Do Not Disturb. We’d recommend following the troubleshooting steps below.
- Make sure that the latest software updates are present on the phone, and that there are no applications interfering or filtering incoming SMS messages.
- Restart the device to force it to reconnect to the local base station.
- Re-test message delivery, if you're still unable to receive a new code, you need to contact your carrier to resolve it.
SMS service is not currently available in all countries. You will not be able to create an account using a phone number outside our area of service.
