If you encounter any issues, please contact us via email at facturaciontm@ticketmaster.com.mx and include the following information:
- Proof of Tax Situation (not older than 30 days, in PDF format).
- Purchase order number (for example, 5-55555/MXC or MX2).
- Tax regime.
- Usage of CFDI.
- Payment method (credit card or debit card).
