Terms and Conditions Applicable to the Purchase of Tickets
Ticketmaster only distributes tickets for the events offered, so it is not responsible for their content, logistics, or schedules.
At the time of making your purchase, Ticketmaster provides you with the best available location, according to the requested price, unless you have chosen to choose the places directly through the functionality identified as "Interactive Map" available in online purchases.
The number of tickets purchasable for an event by the same person and/or Ticketmaster account is limited by the event organizer. If by virtue of one or more purchase operations the limit of tickets purchasable by the same person and/or Ticketmaster account is exceeded, the purchase requests will be cancelled without prior notice and without liability for Ticketmaster, this includes different purchases that have used the same credit or debit card as a payment method. In the event that a charge has been made to the Client's credit or debit card for purchases that are cancelled due to the assumptions provided for in this paragraph, the Client will be reimbursed for all charges made, according to the established time and instructions issued by the banking institutions.
The purchase of tickets through Ticketmaster will generate a service charge for each ticket or access and a ticket delivery and access shipping charge, as applicable, for each transaction, which may vary depending on the type of delivery selected by the Client and authorized by Ticketmaster, all of the above in addition to the face value of the ticket or access. Service charges, ticket delivery charges and/or access shipping charges will apply to each ticket purchased through Ticketmaster.
The completion or finalization of the purchase of tickets through Ticketmaster system is subject to verification of the personal and card data provided by the Client and to the authorization by the issuer bank of the credit or debit card whose data has been provided by the Client for payment of the requested tickets or by the accepting bank. If the personal or credit or debit card data provided by the Client does not match the data available at the issuer bank of the credit or debit card or, even if the data in question matches, the issuer bank or the accepting bank does not authorize the charge requested by the Client, the purchase will not be processed or finalized and the tickets will be offered for sale to the public without any responsibility for Ticketmaster.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Client expressly acknowledges and accepts that the ticket purchase request made through the Ticketmaster system is a binding offer and that once authorization is received from the issuer bank of the corresponding credit or debit card or from the accepting bank, the purchase transaction will be final and will not be subject to changes, refunds, returns or cancellations.
By virtue of the foregoing, the Client expressly acknowledges and accepts that he or she will not have the right to changes, refunds, returns or cancellations even in the event that he or she does not collect or print the purchased tickets or does not use them. The Client expressly acknowledges and agrees that he or she will only be entitled to a refund of the cost of the tickets, including Ticketmaster's shipping and service charge, just in case that the event for which he or she purchased the tickets is cancelled.
For purchases at the box office, Ticketmaster Centers, and WILL CALL delivery method, the refund will be processed upon presenting the ticket at the location where it was purchased, without any alterations or amendments, within 48 hours of the corresponding notification and for the period established by applicable law. For Digital Ticket purchases, your refund will be processed directly.
The refund will be made for the face value of the ticket plus service and shipping charges during the 30 days following the cancellation of the event. In addition, the instructions established by the banking institutions will apply to purchases made with bank cards.
In the cases where the event is postponed and cancelled, these situations are the exclusive responsibility of the organizer and, where appropriate, by order of the competent authority, releasing Ticketmaster from any liability. In case of postponement of the event, the tickets purchased will be valid for the new scheduled date, or, where applicable, the face value of the ticket (excluding service charges) will be refunded upon request from the client at the time that the new date is informed by the event organizer to the general public.
IMPORTANT: For each event, the deadline to collect and/or print the tickets is notified based on the delivery method selected by the client during the purchase process, which can vary between 48 hours and up to 1 hour before the event. Tickets that are not collected or printed within the established time are cancelled and there will be no right to exchange, refund or return. You are asked to verify ticket collection or printing times for the event you plan to attend.
