In the case of postponed events, tickets and venues for rescheduled events will be respected. In case the person does not wish to attend the postponed event, they can send an electronic communication to Ticketmaster through the help button located within their Ticketmaster account requesting a refund.
The BROKEN TICKET and NULL process is only for physical tickets (WILL CALL), if your ticket delivery method was Ticketfast and Digital Ticket it is not necessary to send the ticket. The refund will be carried out, for the nominal value of the ticket, during the 30 calendar days following receipt of the request and will also apply the instructions established by the banking institutions in purchases made with bank cards.
On the other hand, for purchases made at the box office or face-to-face Ticketmaster Centers, the refund proceeds within 90 calendar days of the date on which the postponement of the event is announced, for which you must present the ticket in original, without amendments or alterations, in the place where you made the purchase.
Service charges apply to each ticket or access purchased, and ticket delivery or access shipping charges apply to each transaction made through Ticketmaster, regardless of the form of payment and are non-refundable.
