What happens if my event was postponed or rescheduled?
At Ticketmaster, we’re committed to providing you with a safe and reliable experience. If your event has been postponed or rescheduled, here’s what you need to know:
Keep your tickets
- If you plan to attend on the new date, no action is needed.
Your tickets and seats will be honored for the rescheduled event.
If you prefer not to attend and want to request a refund:
- Log in to your Ticketmaster account and use the Help button to submit your request.
- Please include the following information:
- Name of the cardholder used for the purchase
- Your order reference number
Refund processing:
- The refund will be issued to the same card used for the purchase.
- The estimated time for the refund to appear is 20 to 30 business days after the request, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Purchases made at box offices or Ticketmaster Centers:
- Refunds are available within 90 calendar days after the postponement is announced.
- Please bring:
- The original ticket, undamaged and unaltered
- To the same location where you made the purchase
