- Number of months in which the tickets were purchased.
After receiving your information we’ll work to reinforce the promotion directly with the bank.

Due to internal processes at your banking institution, in some cases the purchase may appear as a “single charge”.
Before submitting a ticket with us, we recommend checking with your bank to confirm whether the purchase was split into installments or not.
