Welcome to Ticketmaster, identified as Venta de Boletos por Computadora, S.A. de C.V., having its address in Independencia No. 90, Colonia Centro, Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06050, Mexico City, Mexico (hereinafter referred to as “Ticketmaster”), with Federal Taxpayer Registry number VBC910617SR1. The Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) governing the use of the website called Ticketmaster.com.mx and the mobile application called Ticketmaster-Compra Boletos / Ticketmaster-Buy Tickets (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) are described below. By using or visiting the Site, you expressly agree to and are bound by the Terms of this page, as well as all applicable laws and regulations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations for the use of the Site. Ticketmaster reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, which shall apply immediately after they have been posted in the Site. Please visit this page of the Site regularly. If you violate these Terms, Ticketmaster may cancel your use of this Site, exclude you in the future use so you will not be able to try to carry on transactions in the Site, cancel tickets you have received through the Site, cancel your purchase of tickets, and/or take any legal action that we may deem appropriate for the interests of Ticketmaster.
Use Allowed
You hereby fully acknowledge that you are only authorized to visit, view and check the pages of this Site for your personal use, and that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify, alter, or amend the pages of this Site, nor distribute content or material found on this Site for any purpose other than to review events and advertising information for your personal use or to purchase tickets or merchandise. The content and software on this Site are the property of Ticketmaster and/or its suppliers and is protected under international and national copyright laws. We have posted a legal notice and various titles of credit on the pages of the Site, these should not be removed. Please do not delete this notice or these credits, or any additional information included within such notices and credits.
Ticket Purchase Policy
Please review our Purchase Policy which will govern your order or purchase of any ticket, product or service in the Site. In case of acquiring any travel or accommodation experience, the applicable Purchase Policy will be that included in the Ticketmaster Travel and Experiences Policy.
Truthfulness and Accuracy of the Information you Provide to Us; Compliance with Laws; Verifications and Authorizations
The sale of tickets to entertainment events is regulated at state, municipal or federal level, as applicable. You may be asked to provide certain information when you are involved in certain processes within the Site. You hereby represent and warrant that all information you provide is true, complete and correct, and that you will update all information as it changes. You also agree that you will comply at all times with the terms, conditions and laws governing this service; you also state that you also AGREE TO RELEASE TICKETMASTER FROM ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM CRIMES AND/OR MISDEMEANORS COMMITTED BY YOU, IN CASE YOU ARE IN BREACH OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW AND/OR PROVISION.
TICKETMASTER WILL COMPLY WITH THE INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS OF THE COMPETENT AUTHORITIES IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE APPLICABLE LEGAL PROVISIONS, THIS MAY INCLUDE ALL THE INFORMATION YOU HAVE PROVIDED TO US, AS PART OF ANY INVESTIGATION OR PROCESS THEY MAY CARRY OUT. If we are unable to verify or confirm the authenticity of any information or ticket(s) you provide to us during any registration, ordering, purchasing, posting tickets, selling, or verification of authenticity, delivery, access, payment or remittance process, or any other process not mentioned herein, or if we are unable to verify or authorize your credit card or bank account information, then you will be prohibited from using the Site.
In the Privacy Policy published by Ticketmaster, the Client will be able to know the personal data collected by Ticketmaster, as well as the treatment that will be given to them. This Privacy Policy is available at all times in the Site, in the section called “Privacy Notice”.
Links and Search Results
The Site may automatically produce search results that reference or link to third-party sites through the World Wide Web. Ticketmaster has no control over these sites or their content. Ticketmaster cannot guarantee, represent or warrant that the content of these sites is accurate, legal and/or harmless. Ticketmaster does not sponsor the content of third-party sites, nor does it warrant that they will not contain viruses or otherwise impact your computer. By using this Site for searching or linking to another site, you agree and understand that you may not make any claim against Ticketmaster for any damage or loss, whatever, that results from using the Site to obtain search results or links to another site. If you have a problem with a link in the Site, please use this form.
Commercial Use
We reserve the right to block your access to this Site or other Ticketmaster services, or to cancel your Ticket or Ticket Order in the event that you are acting in connection with anyone believed to be (i) in violation of the law, (ii) in violation of the terms established by Ticketmaster, (iii) in violation of the rights of Ticketmaster, or (iv) has ordered a number of tickets exceeding the established limits. Violating any of the limitations or terms of this Site will be considered a violation of these Terms.
Access and Interference
You hereby acknowledge and agree that you will not use any robot, tracker, automatic machine, device, application to replicate any of our web sites or manual processing to monitor or copy our Web site or the content thereof for any other unauthorized purpose. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Site nor attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site. You agree that you will not take any form of action that imposes a large unreasonable or disproportionate burden on our infrastructure. You agree that you will not access, reload, or update a transaction event or ticket pages, or make any other transaction server request, more than once during any three-second interval. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, nor you will publicly display any content (except for your personal, non-commercial use) from the Site without Ticketmaster’s prior express written permission.
Unauthorized Use of the Site
Any illegal or unauthorized use of this Site constitutes a violation of these Terms of Use. Using any robot, tracker, device, application to replicate any of our web sites or any other automatized process in the site is considered as an illegal or unauthorized use. The following also is considered a violation of these Terms of Use: (a) that any individual who makes excessive requests to any resource posted on the portal within a twenty-four-hour period shall be understood as "Illegal Use"); or (b) using any password or access code, regardless of whether such password or access code is unique, to participate in a pre-sale or any other offer in the Site if you are not the original recipient of such access code or password (e.g.: if you did not receive that access code or password from Ticketmaster or from any fan club or any other organization with which Ticketmaster is working together to allow such pre-sale or offer).
Suspected Violation of these Terms of Use or the Law; Injunctive, Equitable Measures and Damages
Violations of these Terms of Use, including unauthorized use of the Site, may be investigated and necessary legal action may be taken, including but not limited to civil, criminal and injunctive actions. You hereby agree that in Ticketmaster's sole discretion, and without prior notice, Ticketmaster may restrict your access to the Site, cancel your Tickets or Ticket Order, cancel Ticket Shipping, remove any unauthorized User Content, or exercise any other available remedies, if Ticketmaster has elements or indications that your behavior or the behavior of any third party with whom Ticketmaster believes you are working together, or the information you provided is inconsistent with the Terms set forth on this page or the applicable law, or that it violates Ticketmaster’s rights, another Ticketmaster user or any other user of the Site. You hereby agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy for Ticketmaster in respect of the violation of these Terms and the payment of damages or any other equitable compensation for such violations.
You agree that illegal use of the site, as defined above, may cause damages to Ticketmaster which may cause, among other things, the impediment of maintaining a good relationship with Clients, loss of sales and increased expenses involved in preventing illegal use. You also agree that monetary damages from illegal use of the site are difficult to ascertain and that verifying monetary damages from illegal use are costly and inconvenient to calculate. Accordingly, you agree that compensation for damages is justified because of the abusive use. Therefore, and specifically regarding requests to resources published on the portal you agree that if you or any other person acting along with you make more than 1,000 requests to any resource published on the portal within a twenty-four-hour period, you and those persons acting with you may be jointly or severally responsible for paying damages in the amount of ten dollars (USD $10.00) per page requested each time a page request is made after the first 1,000 page requests have been made within a 24-hour period. You also agree that this will be the way to measure the damages of any illegal use that could arise before this provision in these Terms of Use will come into effect.
Ticketmaster is under no obligation to provide any refund if Ticketmaster exercises any of its rights or remedies if it is determined that you have violated these Terms or any other rights of Ticketmaster. In addition, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend or discontinue any portion of this site at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to impose limits on certain features and services and to restrict access to any part or all of the Site without notice. We shall have no legal liability to you or to any third party for any claim or cause of action arising from exercising the above mentioned rights.
Privacy
The security of your data is one of our main concerns, so these Terms are subject to our Privacy Policy. Ticketmaster may use or disclose your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You must not post off the Site personal information that can be used to identify or contact you, including, but not limited to, your name, home or work address, telephone numbers, email addresses or any other information. If you "place" or "post" this information, Ticketmaster cannot prevent it from being used in a manner that violates these Terms, the law, or your personal privacy and/or security.
Ticketmaster is not responsible for any loss of data arising from the operation of the Site or from the application of the Terms. We urge all users to maintain their own backup version of any information or other information they provide in the Site.
Copyright Policy
It is prohibited for any user using this Site to unlawfully transmit or share any copyrighted material without prior express license consent, valid defense or fair use exemption to do so. In particular, users who disseminate the content of this Site, whether they are articles, images, stories, software or any other copyrighted material; they must ensure that it does not infringe any copyright or other rights of third parties (including, but not limited to, trademarks, trade secrets, rights of privacy or publicity). After being duly notified by the copyright owner or its agents, and after a confirmation is received through a court order or by the competent authority determining that the user has used this Site as an instrument of illegal infringement, then Ticketmaster, without liability, will terminate the rights of the user who has infringed the copyright to use and/or access this Site. Ticketmaster may also terminate the user’s rights to use or access the Site prior to that time, if such infringement has occurred. As a User you agree and acknowledge that if you engage in violations of the rights referred to in this chapter, Ticketmaster may restrict your access to the Site, cancel your Tickets or Ticket Order, cancel Ticket Shipping, as well as remove any unauthorized Content of the User or exercise any other available remedy.
Disclaimer Clause
THE INTEREST OF THE CLIENT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF AT ALL TIMES, WITHOUT THE FOREGOING MEANING THAT THE SITE IS ERROR-FREE, HAS OCCASIONAL INTERRUPTIONS, OR PROVIDES DIFFERENT RESULT WHILE USING THE SITE FOR ANY CONTENT, SEARCH OR LINK IN THE SITE, WITHOUT THE FOREGOING CONSTITUTING A LIABILITY FOR TICKETMASTER. ITS CONTENTS ARE DELIVERED "AS THEY ARE" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TICKETMASTER CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY FILES YOU DOWNLOAD FROM THE SITE WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR CONTAMINATION OR DESTRUCTIVE FEATURES. TICKETMASTER DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM THE USE OF THIS SITE OR THE USE OF TICKETMASTER SERVICES.
TICKETMASTER IS RELEASED AND THE USER RELEASES TICKETMASTER FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY FACT, OMISSION AND BEHAVIOR BY ANY TICKETMASTER USER, ADVERTISERS AND/OR SPONSORS OF THE SITE, IN CONNECTION WITH THE TICKETMASTER SERVICE OR IN ANY OTHER WAY RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE TICKETMASTER SITE AND/OR SERVICE. TICKETMASTER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT AND LOGISTICS OF EVENTS, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, ACTIONS OR INACTION OF ANY VENUE, ARTIST, PROMOTER OR ANY THIRD PARTY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE OR REFERENCED IN THE SITE.
FURTHERMORE, BECAUSE THE SITE USES THE INTERNET AS A PLATFORM TO OPERATE, TICKETMASTER CANNOT GUARANTEE IN ANY WAY THE ACCESSIBILITY, CONTINUITY AND AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE. HOWEVER, TICKETMASTER WILL CARRY OUT THE ACTIONS THAT, ACCORDING TO ITS POSSIBILITIES, ALLOW TO MAINTAIN THE PROPER FUNCTIONING OF THE SITE, WITHOUT THIS IMPLYING ANY RESPONSIBILITY FROM TICKETMASTER.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may report any misbehavior by third party users and/or advertisers, service providers and/or products referenced or included in the Ticketmaster Site through this form. Ticketmaster will receive the reports and attend them according to the applicable internal processes. .
Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE TICKETMASTER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, INCOME, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES OR ANY ECONOMIC DAMAGES, EVEN IF TICKETMASTER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITIES OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Any notification that Ticketmaster must make to the Client arising from these Terms, will be made through the email that the Client included in his/her registration. Also, Ticketmaster does informs that, if the Client has a question about these Terms, the Client can contact us (i) through the “Help Button” in the Ticketmaster account, (ii) through social networks via Facebook at @TicketmasterMexico, via X at @ServicioTM, or (iii) through the following Form.
Security in the Site
The Site has adequate security mechanisms in place and in accordance with industry standards.
Disputes
If you have a dispute and your dispute involves an Event (or the Ticket of an Event) that is located in the United Mexican States, then the dispute will be governed by and construed by the applicable laws of Mexico and will be resolved in accordance with Federal Consumer Protection Law and other applicable legislation, under the jurisdiction of the Federal Consumer Procurator’s Office. In the event of failure to reach an agreement in accordance with the foregoing procedure, the applicable law and the competent courts will be those of Mexico City, waiving in this act any other jurisdiction that may correspond to you regarding to your present or future address, or for any other reason.
Indemnification
In this act you expressly state that it is your will to expressly release Ticketmaster and its subsidiaries, from any indemnification; and each of its partners, officers, directors, managers, agents, employees, contractors, and all of its affiliates from any liability for loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred by a third party due to, or arising out of, the use of this Site, including also the use of the Site to get a link to another Site or to upload content or any other information to the Site.
