You hereby represent and warrant that all information you provide is true, complete and correct, and that you will update all information as it changes. By using this Site to perform searches or to link to another site, you agree and understand that you shall have no claim against Ticketmaster for any damage or loss, whatsoever, resulting from your use of the Site to obtain search results or links to another site. Commercial use
We reserve the right to block your access to this Site or other Ticketmaster services, or to cancel your ticket or ticket order if you are acting in connection with anyone who is believed to be (i) violating the law, or (ii) the terms established by Ticketmaster, (iii) or the rights of Ticketmaster, or if you have ordered a number of tickets that exceeds the established limits. Violating any limitations or terms of this Site will be considered a violation of these Terms.
Access and Interference
You hereby represent and agree that you will not use any robot, crawler, automatic device, or manual processing to monitor or copy our Web pages or the content thereof for any other unauthorized purpose without express prior written permission. You agree that you will not use any device, software or script that interferes with the proper working of the Site or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site. Unauthorized Use of the Site
Any illegal or unauthorized use of this site is a violation of these Terms of Use. Unauthorized use of any robot, crawler or other automated process on the site. The following also represent violations of these Terms of Use: (a) any individual excessively requesting use of the site pages within a twenty-four hour period shall be deemed to be a "Unlawful Use"); or (b) using any password or access code, regardless of whether such password or access code is unique, to participate in a pre-sale or any other type of offer on the Site if you are not the original recipient of such access code or password (for example: if you did not receive that access code or password from Ticketmaster or from any fan club or from any other organization with which Ticketmaster is working together to enable such pre-sale or offer).
Suspected violation of these Terms of Use or the law; cautionary & equitable measures and compensation for damages
Violations of these Terms of Use, including unauthorized use of the site, may be investigated and appropriate legal action may be taken, including but not limited to civil, criminal and cautionary actions. You hereby agree that in Ticketmaster's sole discretion, and without prior notice, Ticketmaster may restrict your access to the Site, cancel your tickets or your ticket order, cancel the shipment of tickets, remove any unauthorized User Content or exercise any other remedy available, if Ticketmaster has elements or indications that your conduct or the conduct of any third party with whom Ticketmaster believes you act jointly, or the information you provided is inconsistent with the Terms established on this page or with the applicable law, or that violates the rights of Ticketmaster, a Ticketmaster user or any other user of the Site. You hereby agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy for Ticketmaster for violations of these Terms, you also agree with the payment of damages or other equitable relief for such violations.
You agree that Illegal Use of the site, as defined above, may cause damages to Ticketmaster which may result in, among other things, the impediment of maintaining a good relationship with customers, loss of sales and increased expenses involved in fighting illegal use. You also agree that monetary damages for illegal use of the site are difficult to ascertain and that proving monetary damages for illegal use are costly and inconvenient to calculate. Accordingly, you agree that damages are justified for abusive use. Therefore, you agree that if you or any other person acting with you, alone or jointly, request more than 1,000 pages of the site in a twenty-four hour period, you and those persons acting with you may be jointly or severally liable to liquidate damages in the amount of ten dollars ($10.00) per page requested, each time a page request is made after the first 1,000 page requests have been made during a twenty-four hour period. You also agree that this will be the way to measure damages from any illegal use that will arise before this provision in these Terms of Use comes into effect.
Ticketmaster is under no obligation to provide any refund if Ticketmaster exercises any of its rights or remedies if you are found to have violated these Terms or any other rights of Ticketmaster. Additionally, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of this site at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to impose limits on certain features and services and to restrict access to any part or all of the Site without notice. We shall have no legal liability before you or any third party for any claim or cause of action arising from the exercise of the above rights.
Privacy
We believe that your privacy and the privacy of our users is very important. These Terms are subject to our Privacy Notice, which is incorporated herein by reference. Ticketmaster is not responsible or otherwise legally liable for any use or disclosure of your contact information, or financial information, by any third party with whom Ticketmaster is permitted to disclose your contact information under our Privacy Notice. Limits of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES TICKETMASTER WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES OR ANY ECONOMIC DAMAGES, EVEN IF TICKETMASTER HAS BEEN WARNED OF THE POSSIBILITIES OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Disputes
If you have a dispute and your dispute involves an event (or the ticket for an event) that is located in the United Mexican States, then the dispute will be governed by the laws and jurisdiction of Mexico City, Federal District, hereby waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to you in accordance with your present or future domicile
Compensation
In this act you expressly state that it is your will to expressly release Ticketmaster and its subsidiaries from any compensation, and to hold each of the partners, officers, directors, managers, agents, employees, contractors and principals of the subsidiaries of Ticketmaster harmless from any loss liability, obligation, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party, due to or arising out from your use of this Site, including also your use of the Site to provide a link to another Site or to upload content or any other information to the Site.
