This Privacy Notice applies to the sites and applications where it appears.

(hereinafter referred to as, "Ticketmaster"), with address at Independencia No. 90, Colonia Centro, Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06050, Mexico City, Mexico, in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Personal Data in Possession of Individuals and its Regulations, has among its purposes the protection of personal information provided by each user of the services, owners of the personal information (the "Information"). Therefore, Ticketmaster has established the following guidelines to protect such information.
1. Personal Information Requested
Ticketmaster will request personal information from users of the services, owners of the personal information, in order to be able to provide the best personalized experience while using the services that Ticketmaster provides, so it could be possible to be able to send you, at the discretion of Ticketmaster, messages that may be interesting for you, whether they belong to our system, or they are from our advertisers as well as third-party advertising with whom Ticketmaster has entered into agreements.
The type of information requested from users of the services includes: name, email address, postal address, zip code, contact telephone numbers, date of birth, personal interests, and credit card information; not all the Information requested at the time of registering for Ticketmaster services is obligatory to be provided, except for that which Ticketmaster considers essential and which is made known to the owner of such information at the time of registration.
Ticketmaster will request such Information to be able to sell tickets and/or merchandise and/or services to the owner or when Ticketmaster considers it appropriate or necessary, such as, for example, when the owner of the info wants to participate in contests or promotions sponsored by Ticketmaster or by third parties, in surveys implemented to evaluate and/or provide services more satisfactorily, also when users would like to make a purchase, etc.
The personal information that Ticketmaster collects may be used to promote events, to perform data analysis to improve our services, as well as for advertising of third parties with whom Ticketmaster has agreements and content. The owner of the data upon registration grants his/her full, free, and voluntary consent to provide the personal data that is required, with the understanding that if the user decides not to provide mandatory information, he or she will not be able to access the services that actually require such information to be provided. Ticketmaster in no case and under no circumstances stores sensitive personal data information such as racial or ethnic origin, current state of health, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions, sexual preference, etc.

2. Privacy and Protection of Personal Data
Ticketmaster uses the most advanced technology and processes at its disposal to protect the information provided by the owners of personal data. This technology encrypts, encodes and prevents interception of information provided over the Internet, including credit cards and email addresses. Ticketmaster establishes and maintains administrative, technical and physical security measures that protect personal data against: damage, loss or alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access or processing. Ticketmaster implements administrative, technical and physical precautionary measures to protect the owner's personal information from loss, theft, or misuse, as well as from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction.

Ticketmaster may also disclose information when required by law and/or competent authority or when it considers in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to: I) comply with legal processes; II) comply with the User Agreement; III) respond to claims that involve any Content that undermines the rights of third parties or; IV) protect the rights, property, or safety of Ticketmaster, its Users and the general public.
4. Responsibility on the use of Financial Information.
Ticketmaster may use your financial information to verify that you meet the requirements of the country's financial institutions, to efficiently carry out sales and other transactions on this Site, to deliver the goods and services you have requested, to enroll you in discount, reimbursement and any other program or programs in which you choose to participate and to carry out quality assurance. In some cases, we may use, and consequently may provide service providers, your financial information to help us perform some of these tasks. In such cases, we require service providers to establish agreements with us regarding the confidential handling of your information that must be at least equal to Ticketmaster's treatment of the information.

We may disclose specific financial information when we determine that such disclosure may be helpful to comply with law, to cooperate with or seek assistance from law enforcement authorities, or to protect the interests or safety of Ticketmaster or other Site visitors or users of services or products provided by Ticketmaster or to participate jointly with other entities in anti-fraud activities. 7. Mechanisms to exercise the rights linked to the protection of personal data (ARCO rights).
In order to provide the owner of the information with the means to exercise ARCO rights, Ticketmaster makes available to the owners the following form through to process and track the requests for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition.
The owner may send through this means a request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, regarding his or her personal data.
Such request must contain:
- Full name of the owner and all the information that was requested at the registration, as well as an email to communicate the response to your request.
- Electronic copy of the documents that prove the identity of the owner of the personal data (RFC -Tax payer code registry-, IFE -voting ID-).
- Clear and precise description of the personal data that needs to be addressed to exercise any of the aforementioned rights.
- Any other element or document that makes easier the location of personal data.
It’s needed to indicate the modifications to be made and/or the limitations on the use of personal data and to provide the documentation that supports your request.
Ticketmaster will inform the owner of the personal data of the resolution made within a period of no more than 20 business days from the date the request was received. This period may be extended by Ticketmaster on a single occasion for an equal period, as long as the circumstances of the case justify this extension.
Ticketmaster will inform the owner of the personal data of the meaning and motivation of the resolution by email and will accompany such resolution with the relevant evidence, if applicable.
Ticketmaster may deny total or partial access to personal data or deny the rectification, cancellation or opposition to the processing thereof, in the following cases:
- When the requestor is not the owner or the legal representative is not accredited to do so.
- When the requestor's personal data is not found in the Ticketmaster database.
- When the rights of a third party are affected.
- When there is a legal impediment or a resolution of an authority.
- When the rectification, cancellation or opposition has been previously made, so that the request is not supported.
The cancellation of personal data will generate a blocking period after which Ticketmaster will proceed to delete the corresponding data. Once the corresponding personal data has been cancelled, Ticketmaster will notify the owner about this.
Once the above is done, Ticketmaster may retain personal data exclusively for the purposes of the responsibilities derived from the treatment referred to in the Privacy Notice.
Ticketmaster will not be obliged to cancel personal data when it is about the cases established in article twenty-six of the Federal Law for the Protection of Data in Possession of Individuals.
Likewise, when the information collected regarding personal data is no longer necessary to fulfill the purposes provided for in this Privacy Notice and in the applicable legal provisions, your personal data will be canceled from the Ticketmaster database.
8. Information on children under 13 years of age residing in the United States of North America and its territories
Ticketmaster does not collect Information from Users under 13 years of age who are residents of the United States of America and its territories.
