Important: Tickets for U2 events will not be available to view or transfer immediately. These features will be enabled up to 3 days before the event date.
Visit the U2 Artist Sale registration page. You can register until Sunday, October 18, 2026, at 9:59 p.m. Mexico City time.
From that page, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Ticketmaster account. Additional requirements may be listed on the registration page.
- Select the checkbox for the events you want to participate in.
- Check that your selections correspond to the correct date, time zone, and location.
- Click or tap “Register”.
That’s it! Make sure you see the confirmation page. There, you can review which of your sales are operated by Ticketmaster and which are operated by another site.
You can modify your selections until the registration period closes. We’ll email you the day before your sales with a link to participate.
Any fan who registers will have the opportunity to participate in the sales they selected. The day before each of your sales, we’ll send you a reminder email with a link to the Artist Sale.
We recommend entering the virtual queue waiting room 30 minutes before the sale begins.

Paid U2.com subscribers have priority access to tickets during the onsale. The limit is 4 tickets. The U2.com Subscriber Sale begins on the following dates:
- Feedback Group: Monday, October 19 at 10:00 a.m., the venue’s local time.
- The Hype Group: Tuesday, October 20 at 10:00 a.m., the venue’s local time.
Please note that if you want to purchase tickets for events in São Paulo, Brazil, you’ll need to create a Ticketmaster Brazil account.
To join the virtual queue for the U2.com Subscriber Sale: Feedback Group, the email address on your Ticketmaster account must exactly match the email address associated with your paid U2.com subscription.
If the email addresses don’t match, you won’t be able to join the queue for the Feedback Group sale.
If your Ticketmaster account uses a different email address than your U2.com subscription, update your Ticketmaster account’s email address before the U2.com Subscriber Sale: Feedback Group.
To update your email address:
- Sign in to your Ticketmaster account from a computer.
- Go to the “Profile Details” section of your account.
- Update your email address so that it exactly matches the email associated with your paid U2.com subscription.
- Complete the required verification steps.
How do I know which presale priority group I’m in?
There are two groups for the U2.com Subscriber Sale. You can check yours on your account information page: https://www.u2.com/account.
The Feedback Group consists of long-term subscribers who were active at 5:00 p.m. Mexico City time on Thursday, September 24, and who have maintained their paid subscription without interruption.
Feedback Group subscribers can access the first day of the U2.com Subscriber Presale.
The Hype Group consists of subscribers who joined or renewed an expired account after 5:00 p.m. Mexico City time. They will have access on the second day of the U2.com Subscriber Presale.
Both groups use a unique presale access code to unlock ticket availability.
Is the Ticketmaster Artist Sale available for all shows?
Not necessarily. Availability and onsale processes may vary by country and venue. Visit the U2 details page to see the sales available for the event you selected.
Does registering guarantee that I’ll be able to purchase tickets?
No. Registration gives you the opportunity to participate in the sale for the event you selected. Ticket availability is limited and may vary between sales.
Can I subscribe to U2.com and receive a code for the sale?
Yes. New paid subscribers will join The Hype Group and receive a code. Free U2.com accounts are not eligible.
Does a free U2.com account count for the sale?
No. Sale codes are exclusive to paid subscribers.
How do I qualify for the Banamex Presale?
The Banamex Presale is only for Banamex cardholders. Tickets must be purchased with a Banamex credit or debit card.
When is the Banamex Presale?
The Banamex Presale will take place on Wednesday, October 21, at 10 a.m. Mexico City time.
How many tickets can I purchase?
The limit is 4 tickets.
