At Ticketmaster, we are constantly evolving to provide fans with the best experiences. Taking into account your feedback regarding season passes for sporting events, we present to you the Account Manager platform.
Starting in the second half of 2024, tickets for your digital season pass for sporting events will be available on the Account Manager platform, which you can access here: https://am.ticketmaster.com/
Once on the site, search for the name of your team or sporting event and click to be directed to the Account Manager for your event.
Log in with the same email and password you use to access your Ticketmaster Account.
Please note that digital tickets will only be visible when accessed from a mobile device.
We recommend adding your SafeTix tickets to your phone's wallet or digital wallet. For Android phones, first download the "Google Wallet app".
Having them in your wallet allows you to use them even without an internet connection on the day of the event.
