If you complete your purchase after Jan. 23, 2023, you have the option to present a different credit card in your name or allow the extra person authorized to pick up tickets to use their card.
You can also request to change by contacting Fan Support. The card holder must make the request and be confirmed by telephone for the card information’s security.
When you request a card change, the following process happens:
- The total cost of your purchase plus $10.00 (additional cost for making the change) is charged to the new card.
- A corresponding refund is made to the card or previous account.
- A Fan Support representative will confirm your national number (MEX) and contact you to confirm your information.
When this process is completed, you can present the new card to collect the tickets along with your official identification and your order number.
