Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour Verified Fan Sale
Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour Verified Fan On-sale is using advance registration to ensure more tickets get into the hands of fans who want to go to the show, not buyers looking to resell them.
Access to the sale will be prioritized for residents of Mexico and only fans that receive an email confirming their access will be able to join the queue for this sale. Fans who are selected will receive additional instructions on Monday, June 12.

Registration is open from Friday, June 2nd at 10 a.m. CDMX through Wednesday, June 7th at 11:59pm CDMX.

How will this sale work?
Ticketmaster is helping artists give their fans a better chance at buying tickets by creating an extra line of defense against bots and professional resellers who are looking to sell tickets for profit. The process includes three steps:
Step 1: Registration
By registering for the sale, you are letting us know that you’re interested in purchasing tickets. From the registration page, you sign into your account, select your preferred show(s) and register your email and phone number. Once completed, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email letting you know that we got your request. It’s quick, easy and free to sign up.
Step 2: Verification
Next, Ticketmaster vets each request by confirming it belongs to an individual — not a bot — and that it hasn’t been tied to irregular behaviors that could be a sign of a professional seller attempting to access the sale.
Step 3: Access Link or Waitlist
When demand exceeds availability, a limited number of registered Verified Fans get access to the sale and others will be placed on a waitlist. You’ll receive an email on Monday, June 12 letting you know which group you’re in. If selected, you’ll get a purchase link via text message the day prior to your sale.
While no system can guarantee that all fans will get tickets to the show(s) they’re interested in, the Verified Fan program works to significantly block bots and professional resellers from competing against fans for tickets during the sale.
Important Things to Know
How do I register?
- Click on the link in the artist’s announcement in your email or on Twitter to go to the custom registration page.
- Sign in using your My Account or create an account if you don’t have one.
- Tell us what show you’re interested in and submit your registration; we’ll keep you up to date with all the latest information.
We’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know your registration was successful and what you can expect next.
If I receive access to the sale, am I guaranteed tickets?
No. Access means you have an opportunity to join the sale but it is not a guarantee you’ll be able to purchase tickets. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis while currently-available inventory lasts.
If I received access to the sale, how do I purchase tickets?
- At the specified time, click the link you were sent.
- You’ll enter the Smart Queue. To keep your place in line, stay on the page and don’t refresh.
- Once it’s your turn, shop for tickets. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis while currently-available inventory lasts and aren’t guaranteed. Each event has a strict 4 ticket limit per customer.
- Then checkout!
How many tickets can I buy with my code?
You can purchase up to 4 tickets for the one show indicated in the text you received.
When will the Waiting Room open?
The Waiting Room will open 10 minutes before the designated sale window begins. When the sale begins, fans in the Waiting Room are assigned a spot in line. Once you reach the end of the queue, you’ll have an opportunity to shop for tickets.
You must use the same Ticketmaster account that you registered with to join the Waiting Room.
How do I join the queue?
Sign in through the link that we texted to the phone number you provided during registration to access the queue.
What can I do to prepare?
If you’ve been selected to participate in the sale, we recommend that you prepare by signing into your Ticketmaster account before the sale to make sure your billing information is up to date. This will help speed up the checkout process after you’ve selected the tickets you want to buy.
Why aren’t the tickets I purchased visible in my account?
A delivery delay is a period of time between the purchase and the date when you can download or collect your ticket. It is used to prevent the tickets from being visible until we can confirm that all of them have adhered to the ticket limit for the event and that unfair technology hasn’t been used to purchase them in large quantities.
Tickets for this show will be available on July 3rd for those who have the Physical Ticket delivery method, and on August 7th for those who have TicketFast.
My link isn’t working. What should I do?
If you registered and received access to shop for tickets through text or email from Ticketmaster, but the link’s not working, try checking these things first:
● Make sure the event is on sale. Links are sent out before the event goes on sale but won’t work until the event is actually on sale.
● You must be signed in with the same email address you used to register for presale.
Will there be other ways to buy Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour tickets?
Due to the high demand, we expect all tickets to sell out during the Verified Fan sale.
I got an email saying I’m on the waitlist. What does that mean?
If you’re currently on the waitlist, stay tuned — you may still have a chance to shop for tickets.
When there are more fans than there are tickets, a limited number of fans will get access to join at the start of the sale and others will be placed on the waitlist.
More fans may get access to join the sale based on ticket availability. If you’re selected, you will receive a text with a link to join the sale. Please note, moving off the waitlist does not guarantee access to tickets. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis while currently-available inventory lasts.
Need additional help with your unique sale link?
We’re here to help. To reach Fan Support about your code, follow these steps:
- Visit this form.
- Under Event Name type Taylor Swift.
- Fill in the other required fields.
- Submit your form.
Can I register more than once to increase my chances?
Registering more than once for a specific event does not increase your chances. If you want to change the event date you selected after you’ve registered, you can make those edits while the registration window is still open. We only keep the last registration you submitted.
I received a confirmation email after I registered, what does that mean?
The email is simply to inform you that we have received your registration and will be working to verify your account. It doesn’t guarantee that you will be selected for sale access. A second email will be sent on Monday, June 12 letting you know if you will get access or if you’ve been placed on the waitlist and the day prior to your sale you’ll receive a text message with a link to use.
I’m a real fan of this artist, and not a bot or reseller. Why didn’t I get access?
Selection is not a measure of how big a fan anybody is. Sometimes there simply aren’t enough tickets for everyone. When demand exceeds availability, a limited number of fans get access to the sale, and others must be placed on the waitlist. The number of fans who receive access depends on the number of tickets currently available — this is done to help create a less crowded ticket shopping experience for fans.
How will I know if I’ve been granted access to the sale after I’ve been placed on the waitlist?
If selected, you will receive a text with a link to the ticket sale. In the event of any SMS/texting delivery issues, we’ll email your link to the email address associated with your Ticketmaster account that you used to register. Access to the sale does not guarantee tickets. Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis while currently-available inventory lasts. If you’re sent a link you should join the sale as soon as possible for your best chance to purchase tickets.
